Come to Historic Delaware for the 3rd Annual Alpha 5K Duck Waddle and Duck Races. Runners of all levels and abilities are invited to participate. Whether you are setting a world record, personal best or just want to have fun, we need your help to support the Alpha Group’s continuing mission of “Helping individuals with disabilities succeed”.

5K Registration Opens at 8am| 9am Start Time. Participants receive duck t-shirt, cinch backpack, Mingo pool pass, duck race entry and duck donuts while supplies last!
New 1 Mile Duck Waddle, Walkers are welcome to bring wheelchairs, strollers, etc. 1st place winner will receive a duck trophy. Get creative! DUCK costumes are highly encouraged. Walk as a TEAM.
FREE KIDS FEST & YMCA Kids Fun Run Contest kicks off at 10 am, prizes for the top 3 places. Special guest, Dr. Health E. Hound from United Healthcare will lead us in four fitness activities .
